Working groups and members of EAPS have the opportunity to make use of the EAPS zoom facilities to organize meetings or webinars. A proposal following the rules of play should be send to the director of EAPS at eaps@nidi.nl for approval.

Rules of Play

To manage the use of this EAPS Zoom facility, the following rules apply:

• Virtual events organized through EAPS need the approval of EAPS.
• Events should be of good scientific quality and/or be of direct relevance to the EAPS membership.
• A short proposal should describe the scope and substance of the event and its participants.
• Upon approval, a draft invitation (using the EAPS format and mentioning EAPS as hosting organization) should be provided by the organizers.
• Events will be announced through EAPS channels including the EAPS Newsletter and their content will be made available on the EAPS website.
• All events will be hosted by EAPS.
