The Virtual General Assembly of EAPS which was convened to discus changes in the By-Laws is now closed (the deadline was 15 December 2015).
The outcome of the Assembly is that the proposal by the Council to change the By-Laws (see attached file) was unanimously accepted by all members who participated in the online Assembly and who casted their vote. No members opposed to the proposal, and neither where there any abstentions.
As a result, the new By-Laws have become effective immediately.
The Council wishes to express its appreciation to all members who joined the Assembly!
